These terms apply to all HiddenHit skill-based prize competitions. By entering, you agree to these terms and to any specific rules shown on the relevant competition page.
1. Competition Format
HiddenHit competitions are skill-based games. Entrants purchase tickets for the prize they wish to play for and place a marker on the competition image. Each valid ticket allows one coordinate entry.
2. Winner Selection
The winning coordinate is determined after the competition closes. The entrant whose valid coordinate is closest to the official winning position will be selected as the winner for that prize.
3. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced and contacted by email using the email address provided on their account. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.
4. Runner-Up Credits
The top three closest valid entries may receive in-game credits. Credits have no cash value and can only be used on HiddenHit competitions unless otherwise stated.
5. Prize Delivery
Physical prizes will usually be dispatched within up to 14 days after the winner has been announced and verified. All prizes are sent by first class post or an equivalent tracked service where appropriate.
6. Cash Alternative
Where offered, winners may choose a cash alternative based on the current market value of the prize at the time the winner is confirmed. HiddenHit reserves the right to determine the market value using recent comparable sales, recognised marketplaces, grading data, and available market evidence.
7. Prize Condition & Availability
Prize images are shown for illustration and identification. Slabbed cards, sealed products, and collectibles are supplied in the condition described on the competition listing. If a listed prize becomes unavailable, HiddenHit may offer an equivalent replacement or the stated cash alternative.
8. Eligibility
Entrants must be legally able to enter prize competitions in their location and must provide accurate account information. HiddenHit may refuse, void, or cancel entries where fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, payment issues, or rule breaches are suspected.
9. Closing Dates
Each competition will show its closing date and time. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted. HiddenHit may extend, cancel, or amend a competition where reasonably necessary.
10. Refunds
Entries are generally non-refundable once submitted, unless required by law or where HiddenHit cancels the competition without providing an equivalent replacement, credit, or alternative resolution.
11. Responsible Play
HiddenHit is designed as a skill-based prize competition platform. Entrants should play responsibly and only spend what they can afford. HiddenHit may apply account limits or restrictions where appropriate.
